Do we choose the engineers?
Yes. You see profiles, interview candidates and approve every person before they join. If someone isn't the right fit, we replace them at our cost.
What are the working hours?
We guarantee four to six hours of daily overlap with US Eastern or Central European time — enough for standups, pairing and same-day decisions rather than 24-hour email cycles.
Is there a minimum commitment?
One month's notice on a rolling monthly agreement. No annual lock-in — we'd rather earn the renewal each month than trap you in a contract.
